I'm very sorry for your loss. It is very difficult to lose someone that we dearly love. Just a thought though, that a bit of daily exercise can help deal with the blues and maybe alleviate the grief. I understand the mourning, but remember that you still need to take care of yourself. Heaven has gained a new angel and she's looking down on you now and only wanting to be the best you that you can be.

So sorry for your loss. I can kind of understand what you are going through . I lost my dad Oct 20,2012. I've not been myself since. Thank goodness for Sp friends. Remember you don't need to be in the challange to chat with us and tell us how things are going and we can help you threw the hard times. That is what SP friends are all about. Please keep in . You have the biggest challeng over the rest of us. Your challenge will be to take care of yourself while you greave and that my friend is the hardest challenge a person can go through.
