Doing okay. Still very motivated and doing well food-wise. Arthritis is killing me with the cold, but am walking laps around the inside of my favorite super stores (at least 2 full laps) before I allow myself to shop for the day.

Need to get more video time in, but I am getting there!

Refuse to be beaten by inanimate objects, inflexible minds, and incompetent practices.

I didn't do very well with posting last week as I was very busy and kind of forgot about it, but I did get in my workouts. I started week 2 on Friday but was sick on friday and saturday, so I didn't work out at all those 2 days. Today I woke up and felt GREAT, so I got caught up and did my first bonus video (actually videos) and got in 30 minutes of cardio.

1/14 - day 4 and a 50 minute video for cardio - ran short of time, so I did a 35 minute video that is higher intensity instead. I love having such a large selection of videos.
1/15 - day 5 and a 30 minute video for cardio
1/16 - day 6 and a 50 minute video for cardio
1/17 - day 7 and though this is to be a rest day, I need another cardio day for the week. Will probably be a 30 minute walk or a short cardio video from the 28-day bootcamp DVD depending on timing. Thursdays are grocery day.

Hi Nan, I'm on the Scarlet Starlets! and I see you're on the Sassy Shamrock Sheriffs!! Boy is there a lot to do at first! Are you going to try to keep up with the JJ Fitness Challenge as well, I'm going to try to incorporate it into my workout plan on the Starlets! They have us busy with a challenge starting Sunday and running thru Tues!

Ok I have been trying very hard to do a cardio video daily but it seems something always stop me from watching and doing the video. I am riding my stationary bike, jumping rope daily, and walking at lunch time. But I feel I am not doing enough. I quess I need to adjust to this as my new daily job!!!!!

Here it is, day 9, of the jumpstart and I have done at least 1 video (or more) a day. I have done cardio every day as well. I am going to try to ramp up and do more cardio every day and drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
