After working out at lease 30 minutes a day everyday for a week, I'm a little sore. I pushed myself again today to complete a strength training workout but I feel like my body needs a break. I work on different muscles groups each day and do cardio, but some days my body hurts more than other days.

I chose the 10 minute core workout video and that was rough... I had to modify it because I am not as strong as those ladies yet! But I did complete the video and am proud of myself for sticking through it!
