Ok so I should be in week 3 if I had been consistent with this challenge, but I had a rough few days and didnt do anything. The best part of this challenge is that you can just pick up where you left off. So here we go with the 8 minute cardio intervals. I think Ive done this one before for a diff. team. I have problems with some of the workouts because I have balance issues and there are things I just cant do. Im also just uncoordinated in general. Oh well, Ill do my best.
