Workout done! Almost didn't do the video because I'm running a bit late. BUT I made a commitment to the team, so I pushed myself and got it done!

On a 'fun' note, I'm 4 spark points away (less after this post) from my next SP level award! I think I'll be at level 8 by tomorrow. So exciting ! :)
