I don't do any exercises that target my abs and I've never worked out with a ball before so I chose the "5 minute beginner abs workout with a ball' video as my bonus for week 2.

I did the ballywood dancing video. I first tried the bollywood cardio but it was a little fast and some of the moves were more difficult... The dance one is more like Zumba with a different rhythm

I have done that too! LOL

I tried the bollywood, I think that is how you spell it. I am not real good when it comes to dancing, but it was fun.

I still want to check out the belly dancing one, but I have to do that when no one is home. I don't want anyone to laugh at me!! LOL

I should try that kickboxing video. It sounds fun.

I was laughing at myself during the day 4 video - realizing it was the same video I picked for my "extra" video this week. Oh well! My abs can use the work!

I like this question!! Thank you.
I just recently found that at the bottom part of my spark points page, there is a line that says videos. So, I have been going there and looking them up. For the exercise ones I am not good at piliates, so those are harder for me to do. But I am trying to try them ALL!! When I am not motivated, I like Nicoles kickboxing one. It is only 10 min. and it gets me going. Now, I have done that one back to back for more cardio.

I am looking forward to trying all the videos. I can use the help and I am one of those who likes variety.

I did the 12 Minute Seated Abs and Core video. http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/videos
-detail.asp?video=42 . This worked pretty well for me, as my legs are killing me from the day 2 video, and my arm is killing me from my flu shot today.

I think this is a good video to do if you have limitations or you're looking for something to do at work. I wouldn't use it for every day ab work, though.

So, I'm curious, what videos have you all discovered, and what do you think of them?
