I just recently found that at the bottom part of my spark points page, there is a line that says videos. So, I have been going there and looking them up. For the exercise ones I am not good at piliates, so those are harder for me to do. But I am trying to try them ALL!! When I am not motivated, I like Nicoles kickboxing one. It is only 10 min. and it gets me going. Now, I have done that one back to back for more cardio.
I am looking forward to trying all the videos. I can use the help and I am one of those who likes variety.
