I'm starting Week 2, as well. I had to take a day off because we went camping with my son's Cub Scout pack. I did get cardio in, but not the videos. I figure I'll jump in on the Day 2 video, and I'm okay with being a day behind my original schedule.
I lost 2 pounds last week, as well as inches off my waist and hips. I'm very excited about the changes I saw in Week 1. I can't wait for Week 2!

I am doing my cardio workouts - 30 to 45 minutes a day plus adding different videos to that I am continuing to work on and build my strength and stamina and help to work on my core. I had a huge wake up call that, after 4 months of what I thought was intensive exercise, my core and strength wasn't where I thought it should be so I am taking steps to make that different. I know my stamina has grown tremendously. So now time to work on the other areas of my fitness.

I have continued to exercise at least 30 minutes a day on my busy days but shoot for 60-120 mintes a day. The exercise helps me with sleeping at night as well as stress but the real big test will be in October when midterms start and my dads oral surgery. I still havent done the videos but I do strength train; I shoot for three times a week but sometimes I only get twice a week.
