I'm starting Week 2, as well. I had to take a day off because we went camping with my son's Cub Scout pack. I did get cardio in, but not the videos. I figure I'll jump in on the Day 2 video, and I'm okay with being a day behind my original schedule.
I lost 2 pounds last week, as well as inches off my waist and hips. I'm very excited about the changes I saw in Week 1. I can't wait for Week 2!
