I enjoyed doing the SparkPeople 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Video. It was short but had alot of "good pain".

I've been doing my 30+ minutes of cardio each day and my bonus workout I chose was the Coach Nichol video: Crunchless Core Workout. It was a killer and one that I will be adding to my weekly routine as I cycle through the videos... I know that strengthening my core has all sort of benefits, one of which is balance. So perhaps it will help me have a bit more grace in my step.

Like Marisa I did the Qi Jong video and found it a pleasure. As the exercise proceeded I felt better and better, although I did not think that this was a workout. It was only when I was completed that my leg muscles and back muscles actually felt like they had been worked out. I'll do this routine again, and may even invest in the video.

If you believe you can, or can not, either way you are correct.

Yesterday morning, I did SparkPeople 5-Minute Beginner Abs-Ball Workout Video as my Bonus video Choice. Since it was so short, I decided to do an extra bonus Video tomorrow. Today, I did day 3 video and I feel "alive" emoticon emoticon

i did the 14 minute cardio dance workout and it was fabulous it was fun to do and you were constaly moving.

Great that you did the video and didn't feel much after-burn. Just don't always be too quick to add too much extra - let the after-stretching do its work and give yourself and your body some time to get into the way of what you're trying to accomplish.
If you find that you and your body are coping, then certainly add in some extra time and work.

I did the 12 minute Pilates Ab video. Tonight was my seated core workout video, which I must be doing wrong because I don't feel very much when I do it. I decided to add some more ab work to tonight.

I enjoyed the video. I feel it and it feels good!
