My second week bonus video was the six minute butt blasting workout, and 5 minute lower body workout with band. Super excited on where this is leading! Keep up the good work team!

I've found some fun videos on Xfinity on Demand. There is a whole list of exercise videos at the push of a button. Check under the sports and fitness section.

For my first bonus video of the week I did the 10 min crunch less core workout. I'm about to do the 12 min pilates ab workout for my second bonus video of the week.

Thank you CLWALDRO. How do you like running? I try to run in the warmer weather and even though I'm not so great at it, it seems to give me the cardio I need. I miss running at the track. My biggest problem is people watching me run. I hate to be seen in public exercising of any sort :( Anyway, you look like you are doing well according to your ticker. I hope you don't mind I looked at your sparkpage. Thanks again for your encouragement.

Did the 10 minute crunchless core workout. Amazing how great a workout it is. The kickboxing video was quite a challenge for me also. Nice to have the variety, but even with the floor exercises, I have trouble with having enough space.
