Thank you CLWALDRO. How do you like running? I try to run in the warmer weather and even though I'm not so great at it, it seems to give me the cardio I need. I miss running at the track. My biggest problem is people watching me run. I hate to be seen in public exercising of any sort :( Anyway, you look like you are doing well according to your ticker. Did the 10 minute crunchless core workout. Amazing how great a workout it is. The kickboxing video was quite a challenge for me also. Nice to have the variety, but even with the floor exercises, I have trouble with having enough space.
