Added the upper arm video for this weeks bonus workout. Nicole, you are my inspiration! Every time I w/o with you I feel soo good, and am glad to have the 28 day bootcmp dvd! Thank You!

I added the day 3 new you arm boot camp to my workouts this week. I chose the arms because I have really strong legs from the bike, elliptical and walking and I think my arms could really use the work out.
