The bad news: Weekends are the toughest for me. I can't seem to stay focused on even the basics. I do so much better doing the week. I drink plenty of water, I don't eat out of boredom, I stay on a routine with excercise.
The good news: I lost 2lbs. I am pretty confident this is just due to water weight and monthly cycles. But if I keep it off this week and lose a little more, it will be a great motivator.
