This past Friday through Sunday was tough for me too. I finally had to force myself to get on the treadmill this Sunday. Today I actually started this Monday by walking and then did my strength training. I figure that I just have to do it first thing in the morning and not wait to see what happens. Good luck.
It has been awhile since I have posted on here but I am happy to report that I am still going strong. I am currently day 15 into this journey. :)
I will admit that I am starting to feel a bit lazy. This weekend I rested where as I usually get some walking in. It was good to rest but now I find it hard to get motivated to get back into the grove of things. Having the day off today is not helping either.
Today my plan is to run errands in the morning and when I come home this afternoon complete Day7 and Day 1 videos from yesterday and today. Then hop on the wii to try out a new game my sister gave me that has that coach from Biggest Loser.
To meet this weeks new goal of extra minutes, I plan to get in a total of 40 mins. of cardio a day this week.
