Second week went smoothly, even got some vidios done more often than the one day. I did the 6 minutes glutes and thigh workout added in two days this week, as I felt I needed some help and toning in both. Looking forward to starting week 3 on Tuesday.

My week went okay. I was sick with a cold for most of it, so I took it easy for some of the days, but I really feel like I made the most of what I did. Made sure to do 30 minutes of total fitness minutes every day except one. Did the daily workouts on time. This week, I'm going to try for 30 minutes of cardio every day in addition to the daily workouts. Today my bonus video is going to be the 10 minute jump rope cardio workout. I did the cardio intervals, so I think I'll finish my 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I like to change it up and break my cardio up into sessions, it works better with my lifestyle and fitness level, and gives me more of a challenge. I wish everyone a super successful week!!!

Sorry to have to say, but I'm going to repeat Week 2. I didn't get the videos done properly, sometimes not at all, and "catch up" was not an option for me last week.
So today I was really at the beginning of week 2, again, and managed to get some good cardio. Good luck to you all for your Week 3 - I'll get to it soon enough emoticon

I am beginning my 1st "official" week this week. I've already lost some from having a long stay in the hospital over Christmas & New Years. :( That is not a good way to lose weight but I am very thankful that they put me on a low fat, low colesterol, diabetic diet. I've been following it ever since I was discharged on New Years day. Being so sick, "missing the holidays" and being told you have 5 new diagnosis on top of the 6 you already had is enough to light a fire under my butt & get me motivated. This time losing weight is literally a matter of life & death. God is with me and I can do it with Him on my side. Good luck this week everyone. :) From: Robin

Week 2 was amazing, I loved it. I even ran over to my mom's (100 yards) away and I was not winded. This is exciting because this is a first not to be winded. This next week will be a bit of a struggle to get the fruit/veggies in. I do eat them and I do like them but I don't get them that often. I guess I will be going to the store tomorrow to more food. Easy, fast and delicious recipes that the family would like, using the ingredients that I have in my pantry would be nice. I don't care to cook, I do it out of necessity. I know that is terrible and I hope this also changes. Thanks SparkPeople and everyone on this forum you are wonderful, oh, and I have lost 3 lbs. this week. Yeah!

Slow and steady WILL win the race. Help? How do I change the kg to pounds on my ticker? It should read 192.5 lbs.
