I did the 15 minute Ball Workout video as my extra video today. Most of the workout I could do, except raising both legs while balancing on the ball. (I couldn't balance on the ball with this move!) Instead I raised one leg at a time.

I had to double up videos this week to stay on track, but I did add more cardio since my elliptical is working. Hoping to do extra videos this week as well as keep up the cardio pace on the elliptical.
Well, I didn't do as well this week as I had hoped. My schedule was wacky, and some days I was extra tired (I have Fibromyalgia and underlying chronic disease). The good part was that when I was exercising, it didn't feel like such a chore. I'm starting to really have fun! I think that will help me catch up.

LOL.. the balance ball kicks my butt.. I look like a whale out of water and can't seem to get the hang of the exercises, I'll try again when I get smaller..but I substitute those exercises with the floor...
