I was able to drag myself out of bed and encourage a friend/coworker to do the same....ran 3 miles in the cold (29 degrees) without stopping.
Did today's video, plus extra ab workout.
AND signed up for my FIRST 1/2 marathon run......SCARY!!!
After that...I committed to spin class with a friend tomorrow.....I don't know what is SCARIER...a 1/2 marathon or spin class.....uggggh i hate bicycle riding....such a challenge!..but so good.
