Yeah... I ended up being out of the house all day, so it didn't happen. Wanting to play catch up now, but my house is in the process of warming up and I don't want to do anything while it's still so cold. Stupid below freezing temeratures outside and my old drafty house.

I chose the SparkPeople 5-Minute Beginner Abs-Ball Workout Video. I'll be honest, I really only chose this one because my computer's been being sluggish and I only had 7 minutes before midnight tonight, and this is legitaimately the ONLY free time that the computer has actually been functioning decently enough to get it in. Crossing my fingers that tomorrow I manage to get it to stream again!
