I am extremely tired right now. After I write this post I am going to curl up in a ball and sleep. Again I am not complaining. Still with in my calories and loing the exercise. While I handled After School Detentn with one of my students, I completed todays video (seated ab video). Afterwards, I did a core workout with a friend and then walked about 30 min.
Looking forward to tackling tomorrow. Video, walk, and maybe some bowling.
