This week I did the 15 Minute Desk Video. WhooWee, that was fun! I will do that one again. I am also on my second day of tracking. This is so hard for me, so I am glad that it is part of the challenge so I make myself do it. And to top it all off, I have 1.2 pounds to go until I am in a different weight bracket. GO ME!!!!

Nichols works me OUT!

I went with the 10 minute cardio kickboxing. It went by pretty quickly. As for weigh in this week, not down much but not up either!
