I decided to do the 7-Minutte Seated Resistance Band Workout for Upper Body. I had the bands and didn't know what to do with them, that is why I chose this. WOW! I love it! I love this whole challenge. I have noticed an increase in my energy, I am sleeping better at night, and I am excited and eager to eat healthier and do it again the next day. I have never been so excited over exercising like this before. Yeah, for me! Our Staff room had some sweet treats and a little bit of fruit, and I can proudly say that I went for the fruit and the other, though it looked really good, I can honestly say didn't even tempt me. 2 weeks ago I would have had some of everything. Thanks SparkPeople, this is one amazing site.
