Today I did the Day 1 Boot Camp video and my extra for the week is Cardio Kickboxing. I'm 74 and weigh 106 so can't keep up with Nicole but I do the best I can!

Instead of doing a new video, I did video 3 twice today. I think I will try the 5 minute leg toning workout with the band... that sounds like something I could use! My legs really need it! =)

I decided to do the 7-Minutte Seated Resistance Band Workout for Upper Body, too. My arms and core need extra work, so I'll probably do an extra core workout tomorrow.

My extra video for the week was the 10-minute Cardio Kickboxing.

I love all these videos. It is like having my own personal trainer in my home.

I did an extra strength training video. but maybe ill do the seated cardio one tomorrow! I wanted a chance to use my new swiss ball! So I did the Sparkpeople Bootcamp Video day 7 routine :)

I chose the SP 5 minute lower body workout with the stretch band. It's short but I need the extra work on my legs. I can feel it.

I started using bands in fall with the videos here. I, too, loved it. Could really feel and see a difference. Thanks for the motivation!

I decided to do the 7-Minutte Seated Resistance Band Workout for Upper Body. I had the bands and didn't know what to do with them, that is why I chose this. WOW! I love it! I love this whole challenge. I have noticed an increase in my energy, I am sleeping better at night, and I am excited and eager to eat healthier and do it again the next day. I have never been so excited over exercising like this before. Yeah, for me! Our Staff room had some sweet treats and a little bit of fruit, and I can proudly say that I went for the fruit and the other, though it looked really good, I can honestly say didn't even tempt me. 2 weeks ago I would have had some of everything. Thanks SparkPeople, this is one amazing site.

Slow and steady WILL win the race. Help? How do I change the kg to pounds on my ticker? It should read 192.5 lbs.
