It was a hard day today. I was tired, my cold got worse this morning and I had a headache all day long! Didn't have much energy and didn't have much motivation!
But I did it! Tracked my food and even if I really didn't feel like doing any exercise, I pushed myself and did 50 minutes of zumba on the wii. Oufff! I'm proud I did it.
Now have to keep my motivation up cause I will be away for work for 2 days (so hotel + restaurants). Go Go GO I CAN DO IT!!
