Thank you for the tips and encouragement!
I Will bring my computer with me at the hotel so I will be able to do the videos.
I will have to stay focused to do good choices at restaurant but I can do it!!!!

Anniethin the french girl (sorry for the mistakes in english!)

My ticker should be in pounds...I dont uderstand why it shows in kg... My goal is to lose 100 pounds and so far I've lost 8.6 pounds.

No such word as I Can't..Say you can, modify routines to fit the situation. If stairs - use then, walk instead of riding. Take a jump rope with you. It can be done.........Michele

It was a hard day today. I was tired, my cold got worse this morning and I had a headache all day long! Didn't have much energy and didn't have much motivation!
But I did it! Tracked my food and even if I really didn't feel like doing any exercise, I pushed myself and did 50 minutes of zumba on the wii. Oufff! I'm proud I did it.

Now have to keep my motivation up cause I will be away for work for 2 days (so hotel + restaurants). Go Go GO I CAN DO IT!!
