1/8/12 - I'll count the SparkPeople Bootcamp (Day6) as my extra since I never got a response to my question about something else I did. That's ok they both were going to get done anyway!:))
1/9/12- Today I did the 12-minute SparkPeople seated core workout video as my extra, among other things. I messed up & did tomorrows video today so, I'll do today's tomorrow.

I did the 10 minute PIlates Hips and Thighs video as my extra work out today. I really liked this video. Challenging and even though it was quick, I felt the burn!
