Yesterday was kind of bleh! I was struggling with my stomach issues and decided not to go for my walk...feeling kind of low fighting off the stomach yuck, ended up only do 50 push ups and 50 sit ups, 4 minutes of the jump rope cardio (woke up my parents so I had to stop) and ended up doing the seated cardio. Cool, not TOO bad.
This evening I went for my 2 mile walk, no serious ankle pain and no yucky stomach, SCORE! Feeling kind of stressed out dealing with school stuff, been getting ready all day and still feel unprepared...and it's only orientation...sigh. Tonight I think I will do the video and maybe some upper body stuff :)
