I don't really think it matters what videos you use - exercising, strength training, cardio is beneficial....

Can we use different videos as long as we're working the same body part? I can't get the videos on here, but I have a 90 day supreme dvd set that has pretty much the same videos as the ones listed. Can I use those instead?
