Today I'm planning to eat like this: Calories under 1400.
End of day. I did it? Yes

Today I'm planning to do this for my exercise: Walking
End of day. I did it? Yes

Today I'm planning to do this behavior to help me stay on track: Shop for more meals including both vegetables & fruit.
End of day. I did it? Yes

What I am happy about today: I am confident I can get back on track.
What I want to change for tomorrow: eliminating cracker snacks.


Friday 1/13/12

Today I'm planning to eat like this: pulled haddock sandwiches on whole grain wheat toast.
snacking on apples or orange.
End of day. I did it? Yes

Today I'm planning to do this for my exercise: stair stepping, walking
End of day. I did it? Yes

Today I'm planning to do this behavior to help me stay on track: drink water when
I think I am hungry.
End of day. I did it? Yes

What I am happy about today: Warm winter. Easier to take walks outside.

I did not perform strength, stretch exercises on Thurs or Friday. I made up for it on
Saturday, 1/14/12 with 30 mins stretching & strength training with two 4lb weights.


I'm positive I'm making progress
I'm positive because I have a goal!

WOO!
Just finished 300 calories burned on the Arc Trainer, 200 on the treadmill at an incline and 100 warm-up on the elliptical.
Then day 5 workout and bonus 6 minute butt blaster!

I need a shower!

Not doing as well with the workouts this week. Just finished the day 5 routine. That's the only one I've gotten to. And I chose the 10 min Jump Start Cardio video for the bonus video. On Tues. I brought my daughter to her figure skating lesson and I jogged around the top of the arena. That was about 2 miles.

stayed within calorie range
exercise walking for 30 min
pep talk to keep up weight loss goals: more low calorie meals, daily exercise
I am happy about applying for four jobs.
Plan to keep losing the weight for tomorrow.

Tuesday: 1/10/12

Included more fruits & vegetables into each meal.
20 mins of strength & tone exercises
More vegetables at lunch, increased fiber with every meal.
Weather pleasant.
Tomorrow I would like to do strength training exercises.

Wednesday: 1/11/12

I kept each meal today under 400 calories.
I completed 15 minutes of strength exercises and 15 minutes of stretch & tone.
I tracked my nutrition/ foods.
A good day to walk outside for 30 mins.
find better snacks.

I did my 2nd day workout and I did the Day 7 bootcamp 9min. core workout also walked for 45 minutes and haven't completed my normal 10,000 steps per day challenge as yet.

Hi, I went to the Jan Jumpstart Challenge workout page (http://teams.sparkpeople.com/januaryjumps
tart) and in the Challenge Details box, clicked on the "Complete Week 2 Action Steps" link. This showed me the info you're looking for.
Perhaps that link hadn't become clickable yet at the time you posted? I didn't try yesterday, myself, so maybe the problem has already resolved itself. Good luck today! :)
