I love how do'able these are. It cuts out the excuses
Isn't it great that SP has workouts that we can do anytime, anywhere, dressed anyway?! One of the many reasons I love this site!

I LOVE that workout. I did it yesterday, on my lunch break at work, while in a dress and heels! I would have never been able to do other cardio routines at work.
Goal 1: 210 lbs. - MET
Goal 2: 200 lbs.
Goal 3: 190 lbs.
Goal 4: 180 lbs.
Goal 5: 170 lbs.
Goal 6: 160 lbs.
It is actually the second one I have tried. The first was years ago when I first joined Sparkpeople and I really think I have missed out. Glad I joined the challenge!

Did this workout today, while watching Parenthood. Not bad for a little extra OOMMMPPPHHH!
