I am starting my Week tomorrow morning by doing the 28-day challenge workout that I bought some time ago and never started!!! And, my neighbor called yesterday and wants to start walking. We set a day and time so it's on my schedule for 3 days a week. And, TODAY, I will be ordering the SparkPeople Cookbook!!! emoticon
