Thank you! Yes, I'll keep everyone posted. This was good news for me as I gained 1.8 lbs fom the previous week. I think it was due to fat coverting to muscle as I have been working out faithfully since I received my Fitbit device.

Good evening to all,

This is my first post since start this challenge. Although I have not completed all the activities for week 1 (initial start is today). I have worked out at the gym for 60 minutes, which I have been trying trying tto stay committed 5 days per week.

After weighing in on Saturday, I lost 4.6 lbs. from last week. Here we go with this challenge! I will do the video before the night or first thing in the morning before heading to work.

I have finished week one and feel awesome . I walked a minimum of 2 1/2 miles daily . The challenge kept motivated knowing I had to post my times. I enjoy doing challenges like this. There is a plan and goal to keep you moving ... gives you something tangible to concentrate on. Now just waiting on the email about week 2 to see what I have to add next.

All toning videos 1-6 now done so I am up to date there.
No cardio Friday. Life got in the way but did cardio Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Saturday so making the grade this week I think
That's rather good for me actually.
I usually opt out day 3 and don't come back

Ok. I started this a couple of days ago after I had already done my workout and was going to do day 1 and 2 videos during breaks while working that night. That never happened. I was exhausted and could barely get through my night (I work 3rd shift). Yesterday I was exhausted as well, so I took the day off from doing ANY workout. I am officially starting my challenge today with today as day 1. I have the 28-day bootcamp DVD from coach Nicole that I just got, so I am going to incorporate that into my daily workout for cardio.

31/12/12 did 30 mins cardio I did not plan and sp video
01/01/13 did 30 mins cardio as planned
02/01/13 did 30 mins cardio and video 2 and 3 back on track
03/01/13 Think I covered all the points today without the bike or walking or the video. 2.5 hrs window cleaning(insides only) we have 9 fairly big ones and 40 mins digging over vegetable plot in our garden. Not as heavy as I thought it might have been given the rain we've all been having.
I am ready for a long soak in the bath now

I do exercise bike, walking and even include housework if I am cleaning windows or cleaning the car. There are only sohurs in a dayo many days in a week

I just joined in today, but I think instead of trying to catch up the two days I missed, I will just go two days longer than everyone else! What kind of cardio do you all do?? I like to mix it up with off road powerwalking/jogging/treadmill intervals/ or aerobics!

How fun! I saw this ont he start page. I had been pulling up the old 7 day Boot camp videos as of last week but this seems more in line with the days as well as having other people in for motivation! I want to join in starting today.
