love the way you are mixing it up -- not only will you not get bored, there's a much lower chance of injuries too! I plan to do things in "blocks" -- mornings, I will do about 15 minutes of Yoga.
Later in the day, I will do some cardio (like a walk/run program, mostly walking LOL! 3x a week for 30 minutes. Or 30 minutes on the eliptical (we have a small home gym), Then a few times a week, I will do 15 minutes of kettlebell training, or some weights or something strengthening!
I work at home, so I figure it will actually be good to break up my day with these separate activites at different times. Plus, 15 minutes of something is not as daunting as a big block of 60 minutes, every day. That's the plan, anyway~! So far today though (and it's 10:16 pm) I just put in 40 minutes on the eliptical. But I;m all sweaty and happy, so I'm not complaining!
