I make a good start today,but I did not get to Track my food,I was at the ER with my GD,but did my exercise when I get home. emoticon emoticon

Living a Healthy and Active Life style, Reach my Goal and very Happy with my Body,my eating habits,Fresh Fruits, Lot's of Green vegetables,drink 8 To 10 glasses of water daily.

When I joined the challenge I was out celebrating my birthday!!! And I did utilize the hotels gym!!!! But tonight I will start week one!!!
