What's important is that you do something that helps your body move around. Week one should really be about making moving a habit and realizing all the ways that you can move so that have lots of options for exercise in later weeks and beyond.

i have exercised 4 times this week doing walking, which is brilliant and a total improvement on the few weeks before :D i am feeling motivated again :D but i dont feel i have quite achieved week 1 as i havent done any toning so i will try again next week :D
