My favourite atm is http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/videos -detail.asp?video=25 It's a full-body workout, incorporating lower body moves while simultaneously doing curls, shoulder raises, dif upper body moves. I guess you could ignore the lower body stuff and just follow the upper body if you're keen. It's incredible how it makes me sweat in only 20 minutes. Add a 10-min stretch, and I'm done.

Have different ones, I look at the bottom of my spark points page and there is a spot where you can get point for doing the videos. There, they have many listed. I have tried a lot of them. I like having it easy to get to.

I'm done with the workout. The video is one that's also used in the 28 day boot camp challenge that I just completed. It's good to have and do something familiar, but I think I might go and search for other videos next week to mix it up. Anyone come across a 7-10 min upper body wo on SP that they like?
