I just finished the 28 day boot camp challenge. It was a great program, and when it was over, I found this group. I was seeing progress for the 2 weeks I was consistent with the workouts and eating well. Then Hurricane Sandy hit, as did my mother in law, as did other life stuff, so I got off track. I did get back on, but I had already backtracked...ANYWAY, that's in the past, and I'm living in the present!
