Good luck. You do have a goal, your daughters wedding.
You don't have to spend a lot of time on line. You can pick and choose what parts of stuff you do. You can focus on the exercise and document it. I like watching the videos personally.
I started by doing strength training and then moving on to videos once a day. Then I went on to twice a day, then 3 times a day. Now, I saying I was doing the 10-15 min. stuff. Now I have worked up to longer once a day. Do what ever works for you!!!
I am not good with the meal planner, but I read that others just love it!!
