Day 3 - I've had an upper respitory infection so off track on videos part of challenge. Can begin again on Monday if all is well. Still maintaining calories and other components of challenge. Should I begin again with week 1 videos or go from where I am?

Started officially today with video 6 for Fridays although I did the whole week of videos last week to try them but decide if I'm committed to a challenge I would be more faithful in doing them on a regular schedule. So here I go!!!!

Day 2 - Did video 1 and cardio, on track with calories and tracking food. Planning on staying on target through Friday but worried about traveling and family time on the weekend.

Good luck. You do have a goal, your daughters wedding.
You don't have to spend a lot of time on line. You can pick and choose what parts of stuff you do. You can focus on the exercise and document it. I like watching the videos personally.

I started by doing strength training and then moving on to videos once a day. Then I went on to twice a day, then 3 times a day. Now, I saying I was doing the 10-15 min. stuff. Now I have worked up to longer once a day. Do what ever works for you!!!

I am not good with the meal planner, but I read that others just love it!!

You find how it works for you and we will be here to support you!!!

Congrats on your daughter getting married!! You will look GREAT!!!!

I started yesterday by signing up. Have not completed any activities yet. I hope to lose 100 pounds by my daughter's wedding sometime next summer. I have been gaining instead of losing weight for several month's now and am the heaviest I have ever been. I do the best with a challenge and a plan before me and some accountability. The last time I was at the weight I should be was 1992. I don't like people to know when I am trying to lose weight because it seems to be too much pressure but I know I need some accountability. I really want this to work but I don't want to spend too much time online either.
