thanks, i am feeling much better. i just love these challenges. the videos are short and when i finish i am feeling upbeat and positive that i am making changes and good choices. whoo hoo!!

i took some time off because i had bronchitis, i had done 6 out of 7 days of week one but i want to do it right and not be all behind in my days. week one, day one, done!!
