Week one problems progressed into week two problem and I'm having some disagreements with my scale. I've decided to start this challenge over and adjust a few of my other settings to see if I can turn this situation around. Thanks for all of your support!

I agree with the others. It's okay to have "off" periods every now and then - as long as you get back on your program as soon as possible. SP is about teaching us a lifestyle change, not a diet that we have to stick to or the whole thing falls apart.

You definitely have a plan to get back on track, so don't beat yourself up about Thanksgiving. After all, your focus was where it should have been - on your family.

Keep up the good work!

You are working on things and you are being aware of what you need to do. So let yourself relax a wee bit. You still need to do the stuff, but don't get too uptight about it - counterproductive.
Awareness will make you do your exercises and activities - at some point.
Accountability will also probably get you going, and keep you going.
Setting goals may be the thing that will work for you.
Setting up some streaks - that's the one that's most likely to keep me going. Accountability to ME as well as to others.

Sounds like you have a good solution to your problem. The challenge has helped me to focus exercise as a priority for me. Oh, and I did know what you meant on Thanksgiving, as I have several Canadian friends on Facebook. Keep on letting Coach Nichole push us around!!!

If you believe you can, or can not, either way you are correct.

I got in my first five days of this challenge(Mon to Fri) and then hit a wall when we got to Thanksgiving weekend. It's hard to think about exercise when you're busy cooking a big meal for 8 people. It's not that I didn't have 10minutes, I just wasn't thinking about it. Then we were traveling for the rest of the long weekend. I managed to get in a walk at my parents place yesterday, but no strength. I'm finishing up the last two days in one day today, then on to week two tomorrow.
