It is ok to go "lighter" tomorrow. What is important, is that you keep doing it. And I do agree with APACHESTEVE, sometimes, you just have to rest. I always try to remember, if I have not been doing a good job of exercising, I try not to take on too much. I am afraid I will discourage myself, but people here on PS are great for encouragement!!!!

I'm learning that sometimes the body does need some recovery time.
If you believe you can, or can not, either way you are correct.
I'm on day four and have treated the gym like a vacation spot. Tomorrow I think maybe I should relax and go light on the workout. I like to keep up with the goals I have from other teams as well as my challenge.
The possibilities always outnumber the problems.
