Hi, my name is Evangeline, and I hope to see some definite changes with this challenge. I have been working out for 4 weeks so far. This is my first challenge. Today I dd a 7-minute workout and 30 minute aerobic workout. I am trying to eat healthy. I weigh 169 and want to weigh 147 to be a healthy weight. emoticon
