Do your arm movements and walk in place. I used to walk in place during tv commercials sounds silly but that is what I'm starting to do again this week. Lift your legs up and down while laying in bed that will help the thigh muscles

Well you all just gave me a shot of shame. I haven't done anything but walk for 5 months(due to leg injury) not really a good excuse. I just have to push myself to do more. I used to use the 10 min spark ones at a job I had. I was the only one ever in the office and I used them to add more movement for myself at my desk. Keep up the good work.

Why not! I think it's good to do something instead of nothing. Those short burst of excercises goes a long way!

Welcome!!
I would say sure just do it. I use the challenges as a way to help me do more. Just always remember, the video's are there. If you have a day where you don't feel like doing the ones you have, do one or more of these. They are fun!! I also found it was good to do them and see what they are all about. Then when people talk about them, you have an idea.

I hope it is! I am chosing not to use the 10 minute videos yet on Spark. I have my own workout I want to try out. As long as I do 10 minutes of it, it should be ok, right?
