If a Moderator should read this thread, I meant for this to go in a previous thread, not on it's own. Thank you everyone for the kind words of encouragement! I'm finding two great things in this challenge. Number 1 I'm doing exercises and moves that I've not tried before. Yesterday's core and today pilate based exercises were all new to me. The leg moves from pilates felt quite good, more of a deep full stretch for the legs.
My number 2 reason for enjoying this challenge is that because of the relative short length of the videos they make for a great way to begin the day. I save the cardio for after work, but in the morning, straight out of bed, these videos are a super jump start to my day.
