Hi all, I did good during the week; had my granddaughter this weekend and went to a couple of festivals. Fortunately we shared various treats so I didn't gorge on everything by myself. But did do a lot of walking; back on track on Monday....let's do it...each day to a healthier you.

I hope your week is filled with success. I have not been doing as well I want to either. So I am now celebrating what I do right and not focusing on what I am doing wrong. As much. Today I walked and ate a sensible breakfast. One meal at a time, one day at a time and maybe I can make one good change.
