Busy at work last night no time to join discussion, but day 2 was another great workout, day 3 love working my arms, maybe won't be so flabby soon. :)

Doing Bootcamp video again today, 30min.....makes me breath heavy and sweat.....

Catch up with ya tomorrow, Sunday is my 4 mile walk day.....
