Have been trying to take it easy today but that didn't work out. After taking my walk I had to help with the yard. Then on top of that I also had to do laundry. But all in all I was able to get my work out in and have a somewhat relaxing day.

all for your encouragement. And I noticed that when I woke for my second day workout my butt muscles hurt really bad so I took it easy with yesterdays workout but hopefully I can to Day 3 today without straining my poor poor muscles...lol. But. once again for all your encouraging word and advice.
phwoo! wow! I never thought that just starting to workout could take so much out of you. It may be tough but I am sticking to it, even if I am tried and my brain and body are tell me to quit I won't. I just need to keep pushing it no matter what.
