Yesterday 7:30am walked 2x' around the building I work in. 6:30pm went to curves zumba for 30 min
today-7:45 walked for 20min with a friend. Went to PE for 20 min on the eliptical which was clocked on their equipment as 2 miles, I did a 30 min circuit there, and 15 min on the treadmill which was .50 mile.
Not bad for the start of the day . My body bugg said i have walked 10687 steps and it calculates 1.40 min work out so far and it's only 12:02pm.
I'm doing it.
I made a breakfast smoothie from the SP cookbook. It was tasty.
