Just finished week 1 for the first time. Found it got harder as the week wore on. Maybe I just imagined that! emoticon

Finished week 1 for the second time. I've done the four week challenge and thought I would go through it again.

Went to Foxwoods yesterday for the night. Should have worn my body bugg. I walked from 4:30 to 8pm and 9:30pm to 12:30 am and swam from 2-4 I think I got a complete work out or least worked off my drinks. emoticon

Back on track today

Yesterday 7:30am walked 2x' around the building I work in. 6:30pm went to curves zumba for 30 min

today-7:45 walked for 20min with a friend. Went to PE for 20 min on the eliptical which was clocked on their equipment as 2 miles, I did a 30 min circuit there, and 15 min on the treadmill which was .50 mile.

Not bad for the start of the day . My body bugg said i have walked 10687 steps and it calculates 1.40 min work out so far and it's only 12:02pm.

emoticon I'm doing it.

I made a breakfast smoothie from the SP cookbook. It was tasty.

The only way I have found to leave a message here is to reply, even though I am not replying to any message. Just writing how my first week has gone.

I gave this week a good try, I did the videos so far. Have not been able to do cardio yet. My mind and body has been to tired. I moved in a month ago but now my granddaughters joined me the first of this week and now have to resettle in again. I will have to put this Challenge on hold for a week, maybe. At least I have something to come back to. I got a plan to workout, and I WILL do it!

Thanks for the confidence. I read more of the book last night. I have to copy down the list of things I have to have in my house so that the meals will be readily available. It will take some planning but doable. I am accepting the challange emoticon

Great Job at going to curves and staying active.
You will really enjoy the cookbook and I am sure have loads of fun whipping up some great recipes.
Best wishes as you continue with your challenges emoticon

I'm not on any week, however, I've gone to curves on Monday for 30 min. Walked for 10 min each morning this week before work. I just received my Sp Cookbook yesterday and started reading it last night. It will be a challange and I'm going to give the old fashion try. emoticon

I just completed Week 1 and feel good. The scale does not show pounds lost but I did lose 2 inches in my waist and feel better. That is what it is all about. I have started working on my garden again which is great exercise and enjoying the fresh air.

Week 2 I will start writing my food down, I know I eat pretty good and drink a lot of water - hopefully when I start writing it down I am pleasantly surprised by how good I do.
