Worked out too late yesterday to blog about it. :-) Did 20-25 minutes of strength training. Today, finally linked up to the videos because I got home late and didn't have enough in me to run on the treadmill for 30 minutes after 9:30 at night. BUT, I loved the 10 minute video! I might just do one more tonight I liked it so much :-) My soreness from strength training is finally getting better.
My little voice inside my head is whining "I have to work out EVERY day"? But the video sure helped. A little bit each day won't kill any of us.
