I actually missed doing it yesterday but did it today with the day 6 video. I had also never done pilates before and oh my is right. But the other posters are also right...what a feeling of accomplishment! I've very proud of myself for staying on track and doing well this week. I was afraid I would loose my enthusiasm but instead I'm excited for week 2! emoticon

Oh yeahh tell me about. I haven't done a Pilates video since over the summer. Now that I am getting started again, Whew, what a workout! I do remember it does get easier each time!

It was my first time doing pilates too.
I had a bit of a difficult time since I am not well balanced or coordinated.
I made it thank goodness! Hope that you all have a good Friday! Holly

Hi there! Yes a beginner can do Pilates. However, Coach Nicole mentioned at the beginning if you've never done Pilates to check out her intro to Pilates before doing the Day 5 video.

I kinda ignored that and did the video anyway. It made me realize I had muscles I didn't know about. I felt good afterward though. emoticon

I want to try Pilates but I am not in very good physical shape, was it something a beginner can do?

Thanks for your support.
Any advice or motivation would be great. Have a great day.

Well i did it but it was a little bit intense, and kind of cool too! Also, thanks for the tips on ordering a heart rate monitor, I got one from ebay and it was very reasonable.,
