I actually missed doing it yesterday but did it today with the day 6 video. I had also never done pilates before and oh my is right. But the other posters are also right...what a feeling of accomplishment! I've very proud of myself for staying on track and doing well this week. I was afraid I would loose my enthusiasm but instead I'm excited for week 2!
