5 lbs lost: Movie night where I get to pick the movies! 10 lbs lost: Mani/Pedi with a friend 15 lbs lost: Buy a new book and spend the day reading 20 lbs lost: Buy new jeans 25 lbs lost: Take a trip downtown and take some new pictures 30 lbs lost: Take a scrapbooking class and get a die-cut machine 35 lbs lost: Take a dance class 40 lbs lost: Donate old clothes and buy a new swimsuit 45 lbs lost: My Goal!! Plan a vacation somewhere warm and sunny to celebrate!
I did the first day myself and I had watched the video beforehand. Found out two things 1) I am not very coordinated and 2) I am in terrible shape. On a positive not I got through it albeit not very gracefully but I moved for the entire time. My way of looking at it is movement is positive so keep moving and it will get better. I can do this and so can you. One step and one day at a time.
I started this group a few days ago and I'm sad to admit this, but I just now did the day one video.....I knew I was out of shape, but this is absurd!! Doing the cardio made me realize that it's time to get serious about getting in shape and getting healthy! When I get home from work tonight, I plan on doing the Day 2 video. I know my other half will look at me like I'm nuts, but I don't care. I need to get healthy for my family. Hopefully when they start to notice the changes in me they will start to follow in my steps. Wish me luck!!!!
