Made it through day 3-feeling pretty good! I don't have my own dumbells, so I used 16 oz water bottles-I don't think that created much of a challenge, because the video wasn't very hard this time. But I will get some soon. I'm still proud of myself that I'm still at it.

I challenged myself to do day 3 with 12 lb weights and I did it! Coach Nicole did the perfect amount of reps for my 12 lbs- anymore and I wouldn't have made it! I have definitely gotten strongly with SparkPeople!

I always hate hate hate upper body workouts. I feel like such a weakling. The video was fantastic. I still feel like a weakling but it was just enough to make me want to do this again. I like that the video is short but challenging. I dont feel like I am trying to work out above my level. It was perfect, painful but fun! :) Thank you so much, I am really enjoying this program. I am only on day 3 but I feel I can stick with this....
