I felt the same way! I'm pretty acitve: I do Zumba DVD's twice per week and play tennis twice per week. I walked a brisk 16.5 minute mile pace for 2 1/2 miles today and that 8 minute workout for January Jumpstart really kicks butt. It does help me know that I'm really working it though and I feel like it will make a difference in my weight loss and overall health!

I walked this morning for 40 minutes, thinking I would get through the 8-minute cardio interval workout easily. Wow...it was a challenging work out. I learned that I am in a comfort zone when I'm walking. When I did the cardio interval I used different muscle groups and really elevated my heart rate. A great short work out that really IS a work out! Thanks Coach Nicole!!
