I just joined today.I did the day 1 video. This fits right in to my thoughts on how to achieve my goals. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

Week 1! I just joined today - January 2nd, but did day 1 and 2 videos today. Feel great! The real challenge will be getting out of bed early tomorrow to do day 3 video before returning to work after a long weekend! Wish me luck!

I just joined this challenge and can use all the motivation I can get to complete this challenge. I'm not very competitiveness with others or myself but I know the only way to get out of this life-long habit of putting myself last, is to push myself to win, for myself.

Glad to hear from everyone who started today as well. I joined today and started today. I am looking forward to doing this challenge with everyone. Motivation from others and accountability to others is what has always helped me stick with a program. Here we come 2012!!

I joined today as my to do list started yesterday on my birthday as do my new fitness and workout goals. I figure why wait until Jan 1 lol. Anyway, I loved the 8 week challenge for diabetics it helped me with some new habits so i figure a 4 week jump start is a great idea. I'm hoping to get lots of feedback and support as I work through this. Thanks for listening.

Just joined today but will actually start January 1st. Looking forward to seeing what I am going to accomplish in four weeks! Congratulations on your baby:) Just make sure you are not over exerting yourself. I felt really good after the birth of my son and over did it and the recovery was all that much longer. So be careful :) Woohoo, go team!

Joined today but spent most of last year making big improvements. Took "off" fitness goals from Thanksgiving to Christmas - big mistake that I'm not going to make again. Looking forward to getting back in the groove and feeling the benefits; starting back walking today with Challenge participation starting Jan 1. Thanks SparkPeople!

Everybody, Just joined and I am really excited!!! I am so looking forward to this as motivation for a life change. I do want to lose weight, but most importantly, I want to establish a exercise routine that I can maintain. I am ready!!!

2012 here I come! And hey, if the rumors of the Mayan calendar "end of calendar cycle" thingie means this is my last year (lol) at least I can spend it getting into shape ALL the way instead of getting halfway there and stopping. I'd wish everyone good luck, but we all know luck is not what it takes! Instead I wish you all commitment.............

I joined today and will begin my work out sessions tomorrow. I just had a baby, he is almost two weeks old, so I am REALLY just getting back into the swing of things, but I'm excited. I am so motivated, but this time, for the right reasons. I just want to feel good and look good and for no one else but ME. So, here it goes!
