I'm on day 6! Can't wait to tick that box tomorrow. :)
Today I couldn't do my usual cardio so I did the video for today and then the video for day 1. I really like that one and will try to incorporate it into my schedule in the future.

seems like I'm not the only one feeling bad & but determined as ever to loose this caboose! and it doesn't help when everybody seems to think it's o.k. to give you advice to loose weight - that's just crazyness. Anyway I get 20 or so min. in & do heavy housecleaning for a few other min. 5 times a week, strength 3 times a week & use portion control with healthy eating. Looking to loose 30-35 lbs. wish me luck!

I've restarted. I was ill and had to stop. Oh well. I'm back now.
My balance is bad also with the lower body-but I trudged through it. My routine is to do the toning video before work and when I get home do my cardio. The main thing is I feel better and I'm looking forward to week 2.

I really enjoyed the lower body workout--even though my balance is terrible.

Today I spent more time trying to convince myself to do the video than it actually took me to do it.

I've rejoined this challenge today - I'm desparate to shift the weight I've gained over the last year - back to where I started 4 years ago (not funny at all) So this team will help keep me accountable!

Started this week. After a nearly two year break from healthy living and Spark, I'm back and this team has been crucial to my success of getting back on the right track
I am very busy this time of year. The short videos helped me say "I've got time for that!". As you know, you then realize yes you do have time for that and more. I just needed something to lead me back and I knew that all along.
I think I'm back for good and looking forward to being me again!,

I've decided to restart the challenge because I missed a few days because I was super sick. Starting to feel better and ready to start exercising again!

Completed this challenge last week, but wanted to do it again before moving on to another, by completing ALL of the action steps. I did the workouts exactly each week, but didn't track nutrition or care about it at all. I just wanted to get in the habit of exercising more than anything last month. But after not loosing any weight and only gaining slight definition, I've come to terms with how you have to eat better and exercise also. I'm ready to get my nutrition on track this month. Good nutrition and daily exercise are my goals this time around. Next month I'll start worrying about numbers and other goals.

Well, I have just finished day 1 and am feeling pleased with myself. I have realised that I am VERY unfit!!! I enjoyed doing the video but it was quite hard. I also did a 10 minute toning session with dumbells and for my cardio I walked the school run both morning and night which takes about 40 minutes whilst pushing a buggy up a very steep hill.

Doing great this week. I prefer to do my Insanity video which is a combo of cardio and strength. It's about 45 minutes. I also played a competitive game of soccer one day this week. Exercise is not a problem for me it's the eating i have more a challenge with. I had one day I went over my calories and one day I went under. Food is a challenge for me because I usually tend to overeat. So, by me logging in and tracking my food it has really helped me.

I actually started this program way back at the beginning of January, then I got sick for more than a week, so I decided to leave and then return to the team and start over, so I did, and then I realized I wasn't really better yet, so I decided to leave the team and start over...and today I finished Day 2, for the third time.. Hoping that the third time is the charm!!

Finished my first 7 days on Tuesday the 22nd of January. I really liked doing the videosalong with my cardio. On Monday I REALLY did not feel like doing anything, but with the Challenge I was able to get up and do the exercises!! Looking forward to week 2. Limited to videos cause I can't get up and down from the floor without getting dizzy due to high blood pressure; but I do the ones that do not include floor work.

I'm a little slow in writing down my goals, but I want to be better toned, and I want to lose 3 pounds this month. I'd love to lose more, but I know my body, and the fat just isn't falling off, so 3 pounds is a reasonable goal.

Good Morning! I am restarting this challenge today (instead of finishing up week 3). I was just finishing up my 2nd week and I had to have a nerve biopsy on my leg. It has finally healed enough I can start being active on it again and this time I do not anticipate any interruptions!
I am starting with Day 1 today and I have completed the video.

Hello everyone!
Today is day ONE for me. I successfully completed the 10 minute fitness challenge about a week ago and found that it was pretty easy and made me feel like I accomplished something. I am getting a little bored with my walk/run routine and want to add some variety. Due to my husband's health issues, we are living in a 28 foot fifth wheel right now, to be closer to the hospital. I don't have much room to work out (hence my focus on walking/running outside), but I will MAKE it happen. I choose health over illness. I choose feeling good over aches and pains. I choose to put my well being on the top of my to-do list because when I am healthy and feeling good, it makes life better and everything else I do easier. Just committing to 10 minutes per day made all the difference for me and I NEED to keep it going so I develop a life long healthy habit.
Thanks to everyone here for helping to keep me accountable. I look forward to seeing your success stories all along this 4 week journey.
Jane

Day 4: Seated core workout! I'm supposed to do lower body sculpt, but my lower half is burnt due to the fat melt routine at self.com , so settled with core!

I did my 30 minutes on my treadmill for 1.5 miles. Added an interval or two. Did my arm sculpting video and 2 sets of 20 crunches on my ab machine. I need to rearrange next week so that I can take Wednesday as my off day. So it will be cardio tomorrow and everyday but Wednesday. I will be doing my video on a day this week other than Wednesday as well so that I can keep up. I am going to start adding more intervals to my treadmill routine next week and a torsion disk to the ab machine for more difficulty. The following week I will be adding more time to my treadmill workout. I have noticed that everyday I argue with myself about getting on the treadmill. But, once I am on it, I am encouraged to finish my workout including the videos and my ab workout. I can already tell that my body is changing. My abdomen is smaller. I will know for sure tomorrow when I take my measurements. I have never been more determined about weight loss before. I hope everyone has a great and successful day today.

I am glad to see that I am not the only one that can't hardly do the pilate's based workout video. The two leg lift doesn't seem to work for me. My upper body tries to come up or I can't hardly lift the second leg up to the first leg. My cat doesn't know what to do with me either.

Did 31 minutes on treadmill for another 1 1/2 miles. Did the pilates video and 3 sets of 20 crunches on ab machine. Boy are my abs sore. But, it feels good to know that I am finally doing something consistently to lose weight. I am hoping by the end of this challenge that exercise will be a habit for me.

My schedule has been all mixed up this week but I have completed a video every day and had three cardio days. Today is technically day four for me, although it is a rest day from cardio due to travel. I have been feeling really good all week and the consistent exercise does wonders for my sleep!

Well, unfortunately I got sick before the end of week 1 and so I didn't get to finish. I will start with week 2 and try and catch-up what I missed with week 1. This cold and flu season is a real pain! I'm usually never sick!

Did well again today. I did 30 minutes for 1 1/2 miles on my treadmill and day 4 video. Didn't do my crunch machine as the video was core exercises. Tracked my food and did well on that as well. So all in all a good day.

still struggling to get week one done... if the weather doesnt improve today i'm gonna have to pull out the eliptical... even tho there's no heat in there... i suppose i can make that happen... wouldnt be any colder than outside i guess... that room just sorta depresses me... no room in the bedroom to move it to.. that's where all the light is... oh well i guess i should just do it and quit whinin about it and maybe i'd even feel better about how this is going... hmmm what a concept...

Lots of cardio today--20 minutes treadmill walking, an hour of Zumba and the Day 4 video
